Job Description
- Lead projects from site mobilization through final completion
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and site operations
- Chair OAC meetings and maintain project documentation and daily logs
- Oversee safety, quality control, site work, and utility coordination
- Drive punch list completion and successful project closeout

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent role
- Experience delivering light industrial and/or multifamily projects
- Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish
- Proven leadership skills with a collaborative management style
- Experience with projects valued at $25M+ is highly preferred
