Description

Superintendent - Data CentersAs a Superintendent, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for managing all field operations on large-scale mission critical and data center projects. Key responsibilities include:Lead daily site operations from mobilization through commissioning and turnoverCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain schedule and qualityEnforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standardsOversee installation of complex MEP systems and mission critical infrastructureMaintain detailed documentation including daily logs, inspections, and reportsCollaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and commissioning agentsConduct regular site meetings and ensure alignment across all tradesResolve field issues proactively and maintain high standards of workmanshipMentor junior staff and foster a culture of accountability and excellenceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
