Lead Superintendent - Mission Critical ConstructionOur client is a large, highly reputable general contractor with a strong presence across the Midwest and beyond. Known for their commitment to excellence, employee development, and long-term stability, they offer a collaborative culture and a robust pipeline of high-profile commercial and mission critical work.As a Lead Superintendent, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for driving project execution and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:Oversee daily operations on mid and large-scale mission critical job sitesCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain schedule and qualityEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standardsCommunicate regularly with project managers, clients, and field teamsMaintain accurate documentation including daily reports, safety audits, and as-built recordsMonitor quality control and proactively resolve field issuesLead site meetings and ensure alignment across all tradesMentor junior field staff and promote a positive job site cultureA successful Lead Superintendent - Mission Critical Construction should have:Strong experience as a Lead / Senior Superintendent (ideally in mission critical / data center construction)Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase projectsStrong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordinationExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficiency with construction management softwareOSHA 30 certification preferredWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $200,000 annually, based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.Generous PTO to support work-life balance.Opportunity to work with a highly respected organization in the construction industry.Collaborative company culture with opportunities for professional development.
