Job Details

Participate in project preconstruction activities and planning
Lead and manage daily field operations on commercial construction projects
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment for all site personnel
Develop, manage, and update project construction schedules
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure timely project delivery
Attend and actively participate in weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings
Conduct regular site and foreman meetings
Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, architects, and landlords
Monitor project quality, schedule adherence, and field productivity
Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively
Review construction documents and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
