Commercial Construction Superintendent
Our client is an established commercial general contractor with a long-standing track record of delivering restaurant, retail, and interior construction projects for national and regional brands. Having built a strong reputation in multiple markets, the company is now expanding its South Florida operations with an active project pipeline already in place. What You'll Be Working On
- Restaurant build-outs and fit-outs
- Retail interior renovations
- Tenant improvements
- Occasional white-box commercial projects
- Fast-paced projects for nationally recognized brands
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations from project start through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget expectations
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and company leadership
- Provide regular project updates and resolve field issues efficiently

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience overseeing restaurant, retail, or interior fit-out projects
- Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to thrive in a growing operation and help establish long-term client relationships
Preferred Experience
- Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) projects
- Multi-site retail or restaurant rollouts
- High-volume tenant improvement work
