Supervisor II

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead production, maintenance, and warehouse employees to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Develop and execute departmental plans to meet safety, quality, production schedules, efficiency, and continuous improvement targets.
• Monitor daily production activities, employee performance, and workflow to ensure operational efficiency.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve equipment, process, material, and employee-related issues to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, work rules, and disciplinary practices.
• Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective action when necessary.
• Work with the Safety Team to enforce safety regulations and prevent workplace injuries.
• Plan and coordinate equipment and facility maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and utilization.
• Manage departmental expenses and control operating costs within established budget targets.
• Maintain effective communication with employees and management, providing feedback, guidance, and support.
• Ensure employees receive proper training, work instructions, and tools to perform their responsibilities successfully.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Serve as the first-line liaison between production employees and management to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
