The Center for Disability Services offers hope, innovation and achievement to the people we support. For 80 years, we have been one of upstate New York’s largest providers of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities. Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.
We are searching for a Support Administrator of Residential Services to join our agency.
The primary purpose of the Support Administrator of Residential Services is to provide temporary gap management coverage for an array of management duties and responsibilities as needed due to vacancies, extended leaves, vacations and for supplemental assignments and training to critical positions within an identified location. This position will be considered to be flexible in its application and therefore will not have a specified permanent location. It is a requirement that the position is mobile and will be deployed to a location of need as determined by the Director or Deputy Executive Director of Residential Services.
Responsibilities:
This is a key leadership position which oversees the supervision of the program planning team of which they are deployed. This position supports the mission and goals of the agency by supervising programs and functions, which includes the oversight and guidance of regulatory compliance, satisfaction of the people we support, and the development and adherence to operating and capital budgets as needed.

With more than 80 locations throughout 15 counties, we annually provide programs and services to over 12,000 individuals, ranging from infants to senior citizens, and their families. We provide services for over 300 different diagnoses of disabilities included Cerebral Palsy, developmental disabilities, Multiple Sclerosis, Autism Spectrum disorders, epilepsy, spina bifida, TBI and Down syndrome.
Our wide range of services under a single umbrella allows us to provide a seamless continuum of care as the people we support age or as their needs change. From intensive medical care to residential services, to dental care to mental health, the individuals we support can have it all managed through the Center.
