We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team supporting children and young people aged 8–18 within a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities
The Support Worker will provide a safe, stable, and caring home environment
Support young people with daily routines, including school, meals, and activities
Promote emotional well-being, independence, and life skills
Act as a positive role model and build trusting relationships
Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and behaviour management strategies
Support recreational, social, and educational activities (including evenings and weekends)
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs in line with regulatory requirements
Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people at all times
Support health needs, including attending appointments and administering care (with training)
Additional Duties
Participate in training, supervision, and performance reviews
Support educational development, including basic numeracy and literacy
Assist with household tasks such as cooking and maintaining a clean environment
The Support Worker will ensure health & safety standards are met at all times
Provide support across services where required
