2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef working in upscale and high-volume restaurants, bars, hotels, lounges, nightclubs or events.
Knowledge of safe food handling practices, purchasing, and food plating
Good communication skills in English
Job requirements:
Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours
