- 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef working in upscale and high-volume restaurants, bars, hotels, lounges, nightclubs or events.
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices, purchasing, and food plating
- Good communication skills in English
Job requirements: - Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours
- Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry up to 25 pounds
