Role Overview Systems Engineers perform engineering level support in accordance with the SIE OPORD. They need advanced analytical, troubleshooting and design skills, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users. They must be familiar with the systems engineering process and data as a fundamental building block for performance improvement.What You Will Do Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions in ServiceNow aligned with ITIL-based processes. Build/maintain modules and experience with integration of ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, Integration Hub, User Access Management and Access Review Workflows, patching, upgrading/installing plugins, interconnectivity of systems and databases.Why It Might Be a Fit Must be able to communicate exceptionally well both orally and in writing, have a positive customer service attitude, and be a strong proactive team player. Must have a DOD TS/SCI Clearance and DoDD 8570 01-M IAT II.Requirements Min 12 years with HS Diploma, 10 years with AS/AA degree, 8 years with BS/BA, or 6 years with MS/MADOD TS/SCI Clearance. DoDD 8570 01-M IAT II. Demonstrated ability to communicate exceptionally well both orally and in writing. Positive customer service attitude. Strong proactive team player.
