Talent Acquisition Coordinator
We are currently seeking candidates for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at a highly successful and widely respected organization located in Boston, MA. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support 2-3 full-cycle recruiters and will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the recruitment process. Key responsibilities include reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, managing candidate correspondence, facilitating onboarding processes, and updating and maintaining accurate records in HR systems. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of talent acquisition coordination, human resources (HR) support, or administrative assistant experience.

This is a 6+ month contract position that will pay between $27-$30/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work-model consisting of three days on-site and two days remote per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications against role requirements, surfacing qualified candidates to recruiters in a timely manner.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest, availability, and general qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, managing logistics, calendar invites, and confirmations.
  • Post and manage job advertisements across internal and external job boards, ensuring accurate and compelling content.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process, providing timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, requisition statuses, and activity logs within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support recruiters with administrative tasks related to talent acquisition, including offer letter preparation, background check initiation, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement of coordination workflows.
  • Provide additional support as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 1–3+ years of talent acquisition coordination, human resources (HR) support, or administrative assistant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and candidate-friendly approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working with an ATS or other HR/recruiting platforms a plus.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
