Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have previous HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities from offer acceptance through new hire orientation.

  • Manage job requisitions throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including approvals, postings, tracking, and candidate dispositioning.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

  • Process offer approvals and assist with compensation review workflows.

  • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and employee records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation logistics, scheduling, and onboarding documentation.

  • Create and maintain employee personnel files and onboarding records.

  • Assist with Day One onboarding activities, including employment eligibility verification and new hire paperwork.

  • Review recruiting invoices and track recruitment-related expenses.

  • Support talent acquisition initiatives, special projects, recruiting events, and community outreach activities.

  • Monitor ATS data integrity and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding recruiting processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.

  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources, Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition, or Office Administration experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other business software applications.

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms preferred.

  • Strong organizational, documentation, and record-management skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
