Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in driving organizational growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Contractor will support ongoing hiring initiatives across the business and have the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior recruiters to support hiring across multiple business functions; review and source resumes, screen and qualify candidates, and recommend top talent to hiring managers.

• Help build strong candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies and job postings.

• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and timely data management.

• Assist with ongoing HR and talent initiatives related to diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, and other strategic programs.

• Stay informed on recruiting trends and market insights to identify high-quality talent.

• Deliver a high-touch, professional recruiting experience for all candidates.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience; experience within financial services, technology, or professional services environments is a plus.

• Proven ability to evaluate resumes, conduct candidate screening interviews, and present qualified candidates to recruiting or hiring teams.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
