Job Store Staffing is seeking a dynamic and detail-orientedTalent Aquisition Assistant for a client in the Denver, CO area! This role is integral to supporting the full cycle of talent acquisition processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and proficiency with talent management software. As a Talen Aquisition Assistant, you will contribute to building a diverse and talented workforce by efficiently managing candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship management activities.
Key responsibilities include assisting with high-volume recruitment efforts, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and supporting employer branding initiatives through social media marketing. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources and talent management to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $20-$22/hr
Duration: 6 month contract
Talent Aquisition Assistant Responsibilities
Support the full cycle recruiting process by sourcing candidates through various channels including social media platforms, job boards, and campus recruitment events.
Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems such as ATS, Kenexa BrassRing, Taleo, UltiPro, Kronos, and Paychex to ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while providing timely communication throughout the process.
Conduct candidate sourcing activities utilizing HR sourcing techniques and cold calling strategies to identify top talent.
Support external recruiting efforts by building relationships with employment agencies and staffing firms.
Assist with onboarding processes including employee orientation, employee evaluation documentation, and training & development programs.
Ensure compliance with HR legal standards and employment law in all recruiting activities.
Manage relationship management efforts with internal departments and external partners to streamline recruitment workflows.
Promote employer branding through social media marketing campaigns focused on recruitment initiatives.
Participate in high-volume recruitment projects across various departments requiring technical recruiting expertise.
Support HR systems such as Taleo, UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, Kronos, and other talent management software for effective candidate tracking.
Collaborate with HR team members on employee relations initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
