Responsibilities:

Provides SIGINT targeting and analytic support through research, analysis, and reporting of collection and collateral data to identify targets of interest and develop effective analytic strategies. Applies expertise in modern digital/optical telecommunications, telephony switching networks, Internet communications, and data/voice communications to identify target communications across global networks. Develops and refines targeting techniques, leverages SIGINT databases and reporting repositories, and incorporates independent research to produce actionable intelligence reporting. Provides SIGDEV support to optimize and develop collection accesses while applying critical thinking and analytic reasoning to support mission requirements and priorities.

Qualifications:

You Have:

• 8+ years’ experience providing SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support
• 2+ years within the last 5 years working with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems, telephony switching networks, and/or Internet communications
• Experience conducting research and analysis of SIGINT collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest
• Experience identifying target communications within global communications networks
• Experience developing analytic strategies to optimize and develop customer collection accesses
• Experience analyzing data and voice communications, including DNR, DNI, and advanced IP-based technologies
• Experience using software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development
• Experience leveraging SIGINT and collateral reporting repositories to support target development
• Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical reasoning to make informed targeting and analytic determinations
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS Diploma or GED

Nice if You Have:

• Experience identifying analytic vectors across complex telecommunications and network environments
• Experience developing techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, and presenting information
• Experience incorporating independent research to enhance target development and analytic assessments
• Experience producing and disseminating SIGINT reporting in accordance with established requirements and priorities
• Experience with SIGINT and collateral intelligence reporting repositories
• Experience providing guidance, mentorship, or technical oversight to junior analysts
• Experience supporting collection optimization and the development of customer accesses
• Knowledge of the principles and methods used to exploit foreign communications and communications systems
• Knowledge of modern Internet communications, telecommunications protocols, and IP-based technologies
• Posession of strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical findings and analytic assessments

 

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

 

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $76.92 to $91.34 per hour.  The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package for employees.
