Tax Associate

We are seeking an experienced Tax Associate to join a small, dynamic boutique firm in the Charlotte area. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work remotely part of the week while collaborating in-office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Assisting with tax planning and compliance for a diverse client base.

Ideal candidates have:

• 3+ years of tax preparation experience.
• A detail-oriented, client-focused approach.
• Proficiency with tax software and accounting principles.

Compensation: Up to $85,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
