Tax Associate | CPA Partner Track

A well-established and highly respected public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Associate with 5+ years of public accounting experience who is looking for more than just another tax seat. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, S-Corp, and corporate tax returns
• Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with tax research and strategic planning initiatives
• Review financial information and supporting documentation
• Collaborate directly with leadership and firm partners
• Mentor and assist junior team members as responsibilities grow
• Support long-term client and firm development initiatives

Qualifications:

• CPA preferred (or actively pursuing)
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Advisory mindset with desire for client interaction
• Team-oriented with long-term growth goals
