Tax Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead trust and estate tax compliance in a collaborative, client-focused environment. You'll work closely with individual and corporate tax teams to deliver a coordinated approach across trusts, individuals, and closely held entities.

This is a great opportunity for someone from public accounting or private wealth who wants to use their technical skills in a more balanced, sustainable setting-while still working on complex client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of trust, estate, and individual tax returns
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a well-rounded tax strategy
• Manage deadlines, estimates, and filings with strong attention to detail
• Research tax issues and clearly document findings
• Coordinate with outside advisors and accounting firms
• Help improve processes and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in trust, estate, and individual tax
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional, discreet, and client-focused
