Salary: $95,000 - $130,000+

Key Responsibilities for the Tax Manager:

• 
  
• Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-Corporations, corporations, and trusts.
• 
  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional client service and tax guidance.
• 
  
• Mentor and support tax associates while helping maintain quality and efficiency throughout the tax process.
• 
  
• Collaborate with wealth advisors and internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• 
  
• Manage deadlines and client deliverables throughout tax season while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Tax Manager:

• 
  
• CPA required.
• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 5+ years of tax preparation experience.
• 
  
• Experience preparing complex individual, partnership, S-Corp, corporate, and trust tax returns, along with strong client-facing communication skills.
