Tax Manager

We have a new role partnering with a locally based CPA and advisory services firm near Aventura, FL, located in the greater Miami area that is growing and hiring for a Tax Manager position.

Responsibilities:

• Strong analytical and technical tax accounting skills with the ability to research and implement tax liability and asset protection strategies
• Ability to perform tax prep and review work with multiple entities including partnerships, C Corps, S Corps, High Net Worth individuals, as well as trusts and estate entities
• Work with the partners and founders for reviewing any complex issues and or strategies for multiple clients

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent (Finance, Business, Data)

-4-6 years of public accounting experience, preferable in a tax role and senior tax role

-CPA preferred and or CPA in progress and ability to sit for CPA relatively soon

-Experienced in a variety of Tax / accounting software programs including CCH, Pro System or (Thompson Reuters Programs)

-Experience with tax review on C-Corp, S-Corp, individual, HNW, and complex pass through entity arrangements

Pay and Benefits:

• $120,000-$150,000 salary annual salary + bonus
