Tax Manager (CPA) | Webster Groves, MO
We're currently partnered with a growing and highly regarded CPA firm in the Webster Groves area that is looking to add a Tax Manager to their team.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts
- Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services
- Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and managing relationships
- Overseeing engagements from start to finish with a high level of ownership
- Mentoring and developing junior staff
- Collaborating across tax, consulting, and advisory services as needed
What they're looking for:
- CPA required (EA considered in some cases)
- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience with individual, business, and trust taxation
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements independently
- Experience with QuickBooks; UltraTax is a plus

Compensation:
$110,000 – $140,000 base + bonus and performance-driven upside
