Description
Tax Supervisor/Manager - Irvine, CA - Hybrid
Elite Sourcing is working with a well-respected CPA firm in Irvine seeking Tax Supervisors and Managers to join their team. We are seeking candidates with experience in preparing/reviewing individual, trust and gift tax returns
Pay/Benefits:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare/review complex individual, trust, gift, estate and non-profit returns
- Prepare/review year-end tax projections
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, including the ability to meet all deadlines and commitments.
- Train and mentor tax staff
- Preparation of client billing
- Perform tax research
- Manage client contact
Qualifications:
- 4 or more years of experience in public accounting preparing/reviewing individual, trust and gift tax returns
- BA/BS degree in accounting or related field
- CPA, EA or JD license
- Strong sense of ownership for delivering high-quality service and excellent customer service, team-building and time management skills.
- Clear, concise, professional and thorough verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical competencies must include experience with Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel.
- Experience with CCH Axcess, a plus.
- Able to work independently from home but can work in the office everyday if you choose.
Pay/Benefits:
- $110K-$160K
