Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and educational activities for students
• Support lead teacher in classroom instruction and daily learning objectives
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and encouragement
• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development
• Assist with classroom management and behavioral guidance
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in an educational, childcare, or classroom setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with students
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Relevant degree or coursework in Education, Child Development, or related field a plus
• Must pass required background checks and meet state compliance standards
