    Team Coordinator

    Room 8 Group is an end-to-end strategic partner in external game development. Working across all platforms, we provide creative and technical expertise across game development, technology, art, trailers, and QA for AAA and AA games.

    For 15 years, we've built creative partnerships with world-leading publishers such as Microsoft, Nintendo, Ubisoft, Sony, Gameloft, Take2, EA, and more. While leveraging our own cutting-edge tools and R&D capabilities, we've co-created a multitude of award-winning projects for video game IPs and franchises including Call of Duty, Diablo, Assassin's Creed, Star Trek, The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, and many more.

    Through primarily organic growth, we are proudly independent, now home to around 1,100 creatives based in Europe, North America, and South America.

    The next great challenge is coming:

    We are looking for a Team Coordinator to support the performance, development, and day-to-day operations of our team. You'll work closely with Team Leads and Team Managers, helping keep people processes organized, supporting onboarding and evaluations, and making sure the team has everything they need to work effectively. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating multiple processes, and keeping things moving behind the scenes. You'll have an opportunity to contribute to team development, support capacity planning and self-development initiatives, and help organize events, portfolio activities, and internship programs.

    You'll be joining a collaborative environment where your organizational skills, proactive approach, and ability to communicate with different stakeholders will make a real impact on the team's everyday experience.

    Superpowers you have:

    • 1+ year of experience in team coordination, people operations, or a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-oriented approach.
    • Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic performance tracking.
    • Ability to coordinate tasks across different teams and stakeholders.
    • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
    • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

    You're a rockstar if you have:

    • Previous experience in game development sphere;

    Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

    • Support the performance and development of the team through regular feedback, evaluations, and 1:1s.
    • Support team capacity planning and coordinate self-development activities.
    • Assist with onboarding and adaptation of new team members.
    • Support day-to-day team operations, including time tracking, OOO requests, and resolving IT/Admin-related issues.
    • Help organize team events, demos, and team-building activities.
    • Support portfolio development, including collecting source files, coordinating publishing tasks, and managing client permissions.
    • Support internship programs in collaboration with the Internship Coordinator and Team Leads.
