Job Title: Technical Accounting Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: $200,000-$250,000

Company Summary: A growing advisory and managed services firm is looking for an experienced Controller to join its client services team. This individual will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing strategic accounting leadership, financial oversight, and operational support. This role will be great for a finance leader who enjoys a client-facing environment and partnering with management teams to improve financial performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise leadership teams on process improvements, financial controls, and business performance
• Lead financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting operations for client engagements
• Support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational integration projects
• Deliver strategic accounting guidance while driving efficiency and scalability across organizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including senior-level leaderships responsibilities
• Background in consulting, advisory services, outsourced accounting, or other client-facing financial environments
• Experience supporting organizations through growth initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, and financial transformation projects
