Pay Range: $70/hr - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must have skills: -Recruiter, Financial Services, Audit Readiness
• TPM experience overseeing hardware design through “OK to Fab” (including flexes and rigid boards).
• Proven track record managing cross-functional programs, complex schedules, risk management frameworks, and bug/issue tracking in large organizations.
• Strong vendor management, matrixed team leadership, and stakeholder communication skills up to executive leadership.
• Need someone with experience managing overseas contract manufacturing vendors, interfacing w/ them and their engineering team, overseeing program management.
