Technical Sourcer Opportunity

We are seeking motivated Technical Sourcers to support large scale hiring initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This position focuses entirely on technical sourcing, candidate engagement, and pipeline development rather than full cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will have strong Boolean search expertise, experience sourcing technical talent, and the ability to work in a fast paced, metrics driven environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high volume hiring while partnering with recruiting teams and hiring managers to identify top technical talent.

Pay Range: $35 to $45 an hour.

Job Mode: 100% Onsite

Duration: 12 Months to 24 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Source technical candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques across multiple sourcing platforms.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical talent for engineering, infrastructure, and technology positions.
• Conduct candidate phone screenings to evaluate qualifications and technical experience.
• Manage candidate information and recruiting activity within Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Utilize AI enabled sourcing tools to improve sourcing efficiency and pipeline quality.
• Partner with recruiting teams and hiring managers to support hiring priorities.
• Track recruiting metrics including candidate outreach, phone screens, interviews, and hires.
• Support multiple technical requisitions while maintaining a high level of candidate engagement.
• Complete onboarding activities and begin building candidate pipelines during the initial training period.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 plus years of technical recruiting or technical sourcing experience.
• Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building skills.
• Experience sourcing engineering, infrastructure, or information technology professionals.
• Experience conducting candidate phone screenings.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies.
• Experience utilizing AI enabled sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume recruiting environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for data center, infrastructure, construction, electrical engineering, commissioning engineering, supply chain, or deployment technician roles.
• Experience supporting hiring within a large enterprise environment.
• Experience working in a metrics driven recruiting organization.
