Job Title: Sourcer I / Sourcer II 

Location: Seattle, WA | Herndon, VA | Arlington, VA

Duration: 12 +  Months- possible extension/conversion

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between- 

Sourcer I - $35 .00/hr- $ 37.00/hr .

Sourcer II- $40 .00/hr- $ 50.00/hr .

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

  • Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful).
  • Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines.
  • Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building skills (will be tested in the interview).
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems
  • Must include metrics – 4 hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails reach outs, type of tech roles etc
  • High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite, in the designated local market.
