We"re seeking an exceptional Technical Sourcing Recruiter to join our AWS Database & Analytics team"s talent strategy. You"ll be the catalyst who connects innovative technical professionals with leading-edge cloud solutions, building diverse teams that drive technological advancement.
You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent for our rapidly growing database and analytics services.
Key job responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive recruiting strategies for senior and principal-level technical roles in database and cloud services
- Design and execute targeted sourcing approaches to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates
- Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand complex technical requirements
- Craft an exceptional candidate journey that reflects our commitment to professional growth and innovation
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine recruiting processes and strategies
