Job expectations include leading the resolution process for problems, adhering to defined practices and policies to obtain results, and establishing input/output processes and working parameters for systems. The Technology Operations Specialist II role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of business-critical applications within the production environment. The function is designed to support 24/7 operations, focusing on rapid issue resolution, proactive monitoring, and continuous service improvement. Operationally, the role emphasizes end-to-end production support, including real-time monitoring using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace to detect and address system issues before they impact business operations. This breadth enables effective troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents and strengthen platform resilience.  Additionally, the role contributes to operational continuity through deployment support, batch processing, and collaboration with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams. A strong focus on documentation, operational standards, and cross-team coordination ensures consistency and scalability of support processes. Overall, this role underpins operational excellence by driving system stability, improving incident response, and enabling continuous improvements across the production support landscape.
