Technology Product Manager II

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, IT business management, software asset management, or a related field.
• Experience managing enterprise applications, software products, or engineering tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with software licensing, vendor management, budgets, renewals, and cost optimization.
• Knowledge of compliance processes, risk assessments, governance, and audit documentation.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, technology implementations, or process improvements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting electrical engineering tools and software application lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of embedded software and controller technology.
• Experience with supplier risk management and software contract negotiations.
• Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise software governance.
• Experience with automation, platform migrations, systems integration, and cloud transformation.
• Experience working in large, cross-functional enterprise environments.
