Technology Quality Technician

FieldBridge Energy seeks a Rosharon, TX-based Technology Quality Technician to work for the world’s largest oilfield service company.

Pay/Schedule: $28.00/hour ($26.00 established pay rate + $2.00/hr shift differential) | M - F: 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM) or 3rd shift (11:30 PM - 8:00 AM) | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime after 40 hours | At $28.00/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,540 gross.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is hiring a Technology Quality Technician to conduct quality control activities, including inspections, tests, and results reporting, in Rosharon. The role combines hands-on skills with an understanding of the Quality Management System and how nonconformances affect equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inspect documentation, parts, components, materials, and equipment against specifications using calibrated measurement systems.
2. Perform manufacturing and engineering tests in compliance with procedures and standard work.
3. Document inspection and test results and verify their stability over time.
4. Ensure all inspection and test activities are conducted safely, including participating in Hazard Analysis and Risk Control reviews.
5. Provide input to improve inspection and test procedures and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing or quality control/assurance (preferred)
• Ability to read and comprehend standards, procedures, and technical documentation
• Strong math and basic measurement skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for data entry and reporting
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or trade school preferred
• Completion of required safety training after hire

Nice to Have

• Forklift experience (certification provided onsite)
• Familiarity with ISO-based Quality Management Systems
• Previous experience with explosives or electronics assembly
