Description
A growing manufacturer in the commercial construction industry is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and expand business across the South Texas region. This is a relationship-driven outside sales role focused on supporting contractors, distribution partners, and the design community while driving long-term territory growth.
This position offers strong autonomy, an established product portfolio, and the opportunity to build lasting customer partnerships within a high-visibility market.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow an established South Texas territory through strategic account development and new business generation.
Build relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and distribution partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, forecasts, and territory growth plan.
Prepare project quotations and support pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide product education, presentations, and occasional jobsite support.
Track sales activity and opportunities within CRM to maintain accurate reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer support and project execution.
Qualifications
Outside sales experience within commercial construction, roofing systems, or exterior building materials preferred.
Proven ability to manage a territory and build long-term customer relationships.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
