    Description

    A growing manufacturer in the commercial construction industry is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and expand business across the South Texas region. This is a relationship-driven outside sales role focused on supporting contractors, distribution partners, and the design community while driving long-term territory growth.


    This position offers strong autonomy, an established product portfolio, and the opportunity to build lasting customer partnerships within a high-visibility market.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow an established South Texas territory through strategic account development and new business generation.
    • Build relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and distribution partners throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, forecasts, and territory growth plan.
    • Prepare project quotations and support pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Provide product education, presentations, and occasional jobsite support.
    • Track sales activity and opportunities within CRM to maintain accurate reporting.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer support and project execution.


    Qualifications

    • Outside sales experience within commercial construction, roofing systems, or exterior building materials preferred.
    • Proven ability to manage a territory and build long-term customer relationships.
    • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
    • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
