Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32216
Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Description:
Job Summary
· Perform basic testing, assembly, and technical support activities in a production environment.
· Set up test equipment, assemble mechanical components, and verify product quality while following established procedures and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
· Set up test apparatus and conduct tests on production assemblies and units.
· Assemble and disassemble mechanical components according to designs and specifications.
· Perform basic machining activities using Knee Mills, Toolroom Lathes, and hand tools.
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings.
· Adjust equipment, identify basic malfunctions, use measuring instruments, and record test results.

Required Skills & Experience
· Basic knowledge of machine skills, toolroom equipment, Knee Mills, and Toolroom Lathes.
· Understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions.
· Ability to assemble and disassemble components and use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures, perform basic testing, and accurately record data.
Desired Skills
· Basic understanding of mechanical or electronic components and production testing equipment.
