Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tester Level III with a strong background in quality assurance, test leadership, and Health and Human Services (HHS). The candidate must have experience managing testing across complex projects and at least one year of experience working within an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program, including EECM workstreams.

Mandatory Qualifications

• More than seven years of experience working on complex projects as a Tester, including at least two years in a testing leadership role.
• More than seven years of quality assurance experience managing testing across multiple high-profile projects with complex functional domains within a matrix organization.
• Experience reporting and presenting testing progress, results, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• At least one year of experience working in an Integrated Eligibility System program across various workstreams, including EECM, within a Health and Human Services setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience developing test plans, test cases, automated test scripts, and defect reporting documentation.
• Three to five years of experience using automated testing tools such as Selenium.
• Three to five years of experience using Jira, Jira-related plug-ins, or HP ALM/Quality Center for defect tracking and test planning.
• Three to five years of experience using JavaScript or related programming languages to develop automated test scripts.
• Three to five years of experience creating test metrics reports and dashboards using Jira or other reporting tools.
