Travel/Part-Time/Duties/Responsibilities: Working for the QA Lead, the QA will: Develop test plans, test cases, test automation and perform test execution; Conduct defect resolution, tracking and reporting; Assist with and coordinate user acceptance testing, performance testing, and vulnerability testing activities; Adhere to the IES Program Level testing strategy, quality assurance processes, artifacts and tools; Assist with establishment of schedules and estimates; Develop automated testcases and scripts; Report project activities to management, including progress, issues, risks, mitigations, resolutions, successes, and lessons learned; Understand and adhere to project timelines and priorities; Work with blended teams of State and vendor resources. Between two (2) and four (4) years of Business Analysis experience include: conducting and leading requirements gathering sessions, analyzing requirements gathered, documenting and validating system requirements and creating requirements artifacts including: business process flows, use cases, business rules catalogs and data dictionaries.
