TikTok Shop - Strategy and Analytics Manager, Resource Management

About the team: The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth can not be underestimated. We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates. We are looking for a resource planning & analytics associate for our newly formed team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce resource planning strategies with a specialization in incentive design, including goal/budget setting and performance review.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchant incentives, such as conversion rates, incremental GMV growth, and merchant satisfaction, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of merchant incentive programs, recommending and implementing adjustments to maximize their impact.
• Work closely with the operations teams to ensure clear communication of the objective, design, and execution of the incentives.
• Work closely with the finance team to analyze the financial impact of merchant incentive programs and optimize resource allocation based on ROI analysis.
• Work closely with the product teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of merchant incentive programs.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and benchmarks for merchant incentives, staying informed about emerging best practices. Minimum Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
• Proven expertise in the e-commerce industry, preferably 3P marketplace models, with resource management or seller incentives experience.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financial analysis and ROI calculations related to incentive programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience of strategic and analytical experience at leading tech companies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
