A growing automotive dealership is looking for a detail-oriented Title Clerk to help keep vehicle paperwork and deals moving smoothly. If you’re organized, accurate, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit!

What You’ll Do

Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork
Review deals for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized records and assist with reporting
Work with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
Answer customer questions regarding titles and registrations
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of automotive dealership title or billing experience
Experience with vehicle titles and registration processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dealership management software experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
