The Human Resources University Partner - Total Rewards is responsible for the administration and coordination of the institution's compensation, benefits, and wellness programs for faculty and staff. This position is responsible for compensation analysis, job analysis, salary administration, benefits administration, employee communications, compliance activities, and wellness initiatives to support equitable and competitive total rewards programs within a higher education environment.
This role works collaboratively with Human Resources staff, institutional departments, vendors, and employees to ensure effective delivery of compensation and benefits services while maintaining compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule, working off campus up to 2 days per week.

Compensation/Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $87,000/year. It is competitive, market-based, and aligned with the University's financial framework, ensuring your skills and experience are recognized and rewarded.
