    Description

    Position: Transactional Paralegal

    Location: Tulsa, OK (onsite)

    Compensation: up to $70K

    SBCS has partnered with a growing firm who is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transactional Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

    Responsibilities:

    - Assist attorneys with all aspects of transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

    - Conduct legal research and analyze laws and regulations relevant to client matters

    - Maintain and organize client files and documents

    - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in transactions

    - Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate courts and agencies

    - Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

    - Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients

    - Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution

    - 3+ years of experience working as a Paralegal in a transactional law setting

    - Strong understanding of transactional law and legal terminology

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software programs

    - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
