Transportation Driver

To provide daily transportation in orderto support and meet thecare delivered to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitativecare,inaccordance withtheestablished nursing careprocedures and as directed by your supervisor.

1. Provide transportation andcare toand from dailyappointments to meet theneeds of patients/residents

1. Assistwithand/ortransportresidents/patientstorecreationalfunctions.

1. Assistwithand/ortransportspecimenforJabs.

1. Daily schedulingof transport andobtainingapplicableinformation fromTennCareand/or appropriate financialresources.

1. Assurefamily/residentnotificationoftransports.

1. Performotherrelateddutiesasassignedorrequested.

1. Maintainingvehicle'ssafedrivingconditionbyassuringupkeepofmaintenanceandlogging.

1. Assureequipmentisinasafeandworkingorder.

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

1. Graduationfromhighschool.

1. Gooddrivingrecord.

1. Driver'slicense-preferredChauffeur's(EndorsementForhigher)butnotrequired.
