Ball-Chatham School District is seeking a customer-focused, analytical individual to join our Transportation team as a Transportation Office Assistant. If you're passionate about ensuring safe, efficient, and timely transportation for students while working in a collaborative and supportive environment, this is the role for you!
Job Goal:
The Transportation Office Assistant provides clerical, administrative, data entry, and recordkeeping support for the Transportation Department. This position assists with daily office operations, maintains accurate and confidential records, and serves as a point of contact for transportation-related communications. The Transportation Office Assistant provides courteous support to staff, families, transportation employees, vendors, and District personnel in accordance with department procedures and District expectations.
Reports To: Director of Transportation
Hourly Range: 5:30am-9:30am Spit shifts 12:30pm-4:30pm
Pay: $21.00- $29.71 per hour (Based on experience) & Non-exempt
