Required Skills & Experience
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license appropriate for the assignment.
Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
At least 6 months of recent experience is required.
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-acuity environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Assignment Requirements
Candidates must be willing to float to sister hospitals based on census and patient acuity.
Candidates are expected to work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday during the tenure of the assignment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient volumes, staffing needs, and clinical assignments is required.
