Schedule: 0.9 FTE day shift, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts with every third weekend and holiday rotation

Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Current CPR certification
- Education verification required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and state laws
- Document patient care according to standards of care
- Develop, initiate, and execute patient plans of care according to individualized needs as prescribed by physician and facility policy, including patient and family instruction
- Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support the patient's longitudinal plan of care
- Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience, escalating concerns through appropriate chain of command
