Position: RN-Case Manager

Shift: Day 5x8 Hour
Minimum 5 years of hospital case management experience
Must have Acute Care Case Management experience
Experience in a similar type of organization preferred
Cerner experience is required (PowerChart)
Experience with WellSky (formerly NaviHealth)
PASRR entry (ASCEND) experience required
PAE knowledge required
Travel Experience Required
