Required Qualifications:
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited School of Nursing.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certification as required by the assigned unit.
Required Skills:
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs.
Knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
Proficiency in patient documentation and electronic medical records.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
