Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,272 per week in Washington, DC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 3 Years of ER Experience Required License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district is required. Certifications: NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, PALS, and ACLS required. Must-Have: - Must live 50 miles away. - Willing and able to work in the trauma room as the bedside trauma RN. - Willing to take a 1:5 patient ratio. - Cerner experience required. Description: The Emergency Department is a fast-paced environment that treats a variety of patient cases. Emergency Department nurses manage critical care skills such as medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusions of blood, and chest tubes. Patients range from those needing urgent care with simple procedures to those requiring psychiatric, pediatric, and critical care/trauma services. Nurses will coordinate and deliver care to patients with complex nursing care needs to ensure the highest level of safety and quality while promoting a positive patient experience.
