Key Responsibilities As an ED Registered Nurse, you will:
Provide rapid assessment, triage, and treatment of patients in the emergency department
Manage a wide range of acute and critical conditions
Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams during high-pressure situations
Prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical urgency
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Deliver compassionate care to patients and families during emergencies
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Previous emergency or acute care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, multitasking, and communication skills
