The role includes managing wound care, wound vacs, and post-surgical wounds. Cardiac patients, including those with CHF and pneumonia, are common. RNs typically see up to 5 routine patients per day. The job does not involve case management or scheduling responsibilities. Scrubs are not required; regular neat clothing is acceptable. Charting will be done on a provided tablet. Orientation will be provided with a preceptor assigned for support. Flexibility in scheduling may be available but work will be limited to weekdays. There are no weekend or holiday requirements, and no on-call duties are needed. This role is situated in a rural community with access to recreational activities and natural landscapes.
